tried something new with some leftover shrimp and brisket. fresh hot wax peppers from the garden, i whole shrimp, with a hunk of swiss next to it. a chunk of brisket, with a hunk of swiss next to it. wrapped with 2 slices of smoked bacon, and seasoned with hand-mixed essence
