Meat and BBQ "database" « Thread Started on Jul 22, 2005, 3:04pm »
Unlike my website, Ask-A-Butcher.com, this site will hold much more information pertaining to meat. It contains/will contain pictorial how-to's, some video's, recipes and the answers to the questions I get asked the most. Other material there as well.
It is not necessary to join, but feel free if you would like. If you want to ask a question there, go right ahead. It 'looks' like a forum, but that is not the main intention, as my favorite forum is right HERE, and the new site basically stores everything I need in one place. It is a work in progress, so to speak, and well be added to on a continuing basis. I hope

Rum can't thank you enough..for there is almost everything there that I have been a little reluctant in asking on here. remember reading in the darn manual to just come above the vent holes so that is what I have been doing.....just another reason the toss the manual, lol. Great site passed along to beerman.
